MadCharlotte is pleased to offer free shipping worldwide with our global courier.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be packed and shipped the following business day. Estimated shipping time within the EU: 2-4 business days and up to 8 business days internationally.

Shipments leaving the European Union (EU) and entering a foreign country are subject to the taxes and duties as determined by customs in the destination country. Any shipping/duties will be calculated at checkout before the order is submitted.

MadCharlotte cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

TAX DUTIES AND CUSTOMS OUTSIDE OF EUROPEAN UNION

Goods are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (“DDU“) basis.

This means you are responsible for any import duties, VAT and other applicable taxes on International Orders. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time, as goods may be held at customs and we will not be liable for any delays caused as a result of taxes, duties or customs’ processes.
